Anderson Violins is a complete service violin shop. We fix everything from stuck pegs to broken necks and sound post cracks. Prices are reasonable due to almost nonexistent overhead. Estimates are free, of course, and I stand behind my work absolutely.

The best Mongolian/Manchurian horsehair and even tension add up to a great playing bow. Overnight service. (unless you're coming a great distance)
Current prices: Violin,Viola and Cello $70. Bass $85.
It is my practice of offer a discount when a bow returns to my shop for rehairing. Having done a proper and painstaking job the first time, I can usually complete the next rehair in less time and I happily share the savings.
